More about me
I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of developmental disabilities as well as a range of age groups (from young adults to elderly). I believe in working as a team to support people and have experience working alongside a range of disciplines/professions to support individuals in a holistic manner. I feel a sense of accomplishment in my work when I’ve successfully joined individuals with resources and assisted them in developing connections that help address needs and enhance life.
I started my professional career in Dane County. I have excellent knowledge of supports and services and have a large network of providers I have worked with. I am also willing to learn and research in an ongoing effort to expand on this knowledge.
I have a strong belief in the value of movement/exercise, dogs, and spending time outdoors. I enjoy knitting, gardening, cooking and cycling. I also have a culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America and have several years of experience working as a pastry chef.
